Why Faena
Most branded towers in Miami license a famous name to a developer. Here Alan Faena, the founder behind Faena Hotel Miami Beach, the Faena Forum and the Faena District, is a partner in the project with developers Fortune International Group and KAR Properties. He curates it, and Faena Rose crowns it. It is Faena's first stand-alone residential project. In our view, that is what holds value: the people who set the standard stay in the building.

Most new towers hand you the same white kitchen and the same grey bath. Here every residence is delivered fully finished in Faena's hand: custom Italian cabinetry in a choice of two finishes, natural stone counters and Gaggenau appliances in the kitchen. In the primary bath, handcrafted stone vanities, floor-to-ceiling stone walls with baseboards matched to the vanity, THG fixtures and, in select residences, a soaking tub facing the view.
Ownership
In our view, the strongest time to sell is one to two years after the building is finished. Until the developer has sold its last homes, a resale competes with new inventory the developer prices and markets. How long that takes depends on how fast the developer sells, and we track it for you.
Rentals here have a 12-month minimum, so your neighbors are owners and long-term residents, not weekend guests.
In our view, resale favors the rarest homes: corner lines, views that are hard to build out, and layouts there are only a few of. We'll show you which those are before you reserve.
The river
327 feet of riverfront with its own yacht service, inside a 14-acre Faena district of gardens, shops and dining. Brickell is a short walk; the bay is minutes away. Completion is targeted for 2029.
